Vegan Coconut Cream Farmer's Porridge Farina


Shake up your usual morning oatmeal and give our delicious farina a go! Top with your favorite fruit and other sweets for an amazing start to your day. 



Ingredients:

1 C Organic Grains Farina

3 C water

1 C organic coconut milk, unsweetened 

1/8 tsp salt


Optional Toppings:

Organic sweetener 

Vegan chocolate

Unsweetened shredded coconut

Banana

Blueberries 


Instructions:

1. In a medium pot, bring water, coconut milk and salt to a near boil

2. Remove from heat

3. Add Organic Grains Farina slowly, stirring constantly

4. Return to burner and bring to a boil

5. Lower heat and cook approximately 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly

6. Divide into 4 bowls and top with fruits and sweets of your choosing

7. Enjoy!
