How to Cook Red Quinoa

Red quinoa is cooked just like its other quinoa counterparts and delivers a gorgeous, rich color that can elevate any dish to the next level. Quinoa cooks in under 20 minutes, making it the perfect choice for quick dinners and last-minute lunches. 



Ingredients:

1 C Organic Grains Red Quinoa, rinsed

2 C water


Instructions:

1. Rinse the quinoa 

2. Place quinoa and water in a small covered pot and bring to a boil

3. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until water is fully absorbed 

4. Turn heat off, fluff quinoa with fork, and cool before serving
